The STORY model was created to help you discover your authentic story. Authentic Stories cards help you ask questions about your values, potentials, needs, and direction of development.
The following scenario is a proposition of 5 coaching sessions:
S – STRENGTH (session 1h) - Your strengths are Knowledge, Experience, and Passion. Awareness of your resources and potential is the starting point for self-discovery.
T – TRIAD (session 1h) – Another important area for self-discovery is the Coaching Triad of Mission, Vision, and Values. These three elements make up your identity, which has been built over the years, starting in your family home. Full self-awareness is the starting point.
O – OBSERVATION (session 1h) the next step is to observe reality and the environment. This is a synthesis of all previous discoveries.
R – REASON WHY – Why is discovering and creating your authentic story so important to you? Why should your story inspire you and those around you?
Y – YOUR FIRST STEP – the last step is to make a decision to move on. It can also be proposed to end each session with questions from the GROW Model by J. Whitmore.
