About me

I'm Gabriela Barnat, a Poland-born creative, and journalist, who is passionate about fashion across different cultures.

I combine skills from various disciplines to learn about fashion from different angles.

Fashion writer

I am educated as a journalist. For the last few years, I have been interviewing designers around the world and collecting unique stories about their perceptions of fashion and sustainability. My project was awarded by the Polish edition of Harper's Bazaar, as part of the movement “Evoque – I’m on the move” which brings together inspiring women who initiate positive changes in the world.

I have also undertaken courses on the topic of sustainability in fashion:

Creative

I have been involved in creating content marketing strategies for the last 13 years. My experience is based on working with the biggest international brands and media houses in Europe. I had an opportunity to work globally with some of the best-known brands from different sectors such as Discovery Network, L'Oréal Paris, Estée Lauder, Sephora, COTY, Electrolux, Douglas, Samsung, LG, and many others.

I also draw on my experience as a model. I’m represented by the Carmen Duran Agency.

In my private life I practice lifting weights, which helps me develop discipline, a healthy lifestyle, and a strong connection with my body.
